We have an unadopted road, well lane actually, it's not very long, serves residential properties, a public house and the local playing fields. It is only a short distance from an A road and is in need of some repair and are looking to get this 'adopted' is there anyone out there with experience of achieving this? |

Funny you should ask actually...
Seriously though, I have no actual experience myself, but there are plenty of solicitors out there who can do it. I am not 100% sure where you are in the country, but a friend of mine in Surrey does work like this, and has acted for both the local Parish Council and PPC (Parochial Parish Council - the old chuch councils!)
Let me know if Surrey is too far?
Good luck,
