Folks,
Does anyone know if council agendas and minutes can be sent by email so that councillors have no hard copy unless we print them all ourselves?

| Your Minutes can but not your Agenda which is a summons to attend the meeting and so must be delivered. You could also email it no problem but must be delivered through the door as proof ( as far as can be said) of delivery. |
