| Please can someone inform me as to how many people are allowed on a Parish council? if this number varies from parish to parish can you tell me how i would find out for my parish. there are 200 houses if that helps. thankyou |

Hi Claire. Sorry for the long response times - this forum can be a bit hit and miss re how many people come and visit it!!! 
For a small village like yours I would have thought that about 8 to 10 councillors would be enough, but of course you will need a clerk too.
Where abouts is the village. Always good to see new PCs spring up! |
