Surface water drainage rebates

As the Consumer Council for Water representing water and sewerage customers we are keen to ensure that all customers are aware of the range of tariffs, services and rebates available to them from their local water and sewerage company. In particular we are keen to ensure that all customers know that sewerage companies offer a surface water drainage rebate if none of the surface water from the property runs into the sewerage company's drains. We encourage customers to read the information provided with the water and sewerage company or to contact their local company for more information.
