Our Parish Council apart from the Chairman sit with their backs to members of the public attending the meetings. I wondered why then when there was any discussion I found you could not hear them or had problems knowing which one was speaking. It also means in public time you find it difficult to (through the Chair) put any questions to individual members. As in your point they say very little. |
