Internal Audit letter of engagment

Hi All

I am a fairly new Parish Clerk to three very small councils. I am about to start my first annual return/audit process. previously the internal audit was carried out by a member of the public who charged £10, then did it for free. I was not involved in this. i am trying to appoint a new internal auditor ( a local businesswomen, worked in a bank for 13 yrs, studied accounting) She is going to charge £30 an hour. I need to draw up a letter of engagement but can't find a template anywhere? I have the requirements from Governance and Accountability for Local Councils
