If members of the Public request that the Chairman and the Clerk put an item on the Agenda for discussion and a decision by the Council are they are obliged to do so or can they refuse. |

I think that normally only a member of the Parish council can put an item on the agenda. Not any old member of the public. If a Councillor wants to put something on the agenda then the Chairman must not be allowed to veto it.
So if you want something said or done you need to get a councillor to take it up. |
